NQ50 (Spree) and SB50 (Elite 50) should have nearly (if not exactly) identical motors. If you find differences, I'd be interested in hearing what they are.

cases are a little different. (crank case covers are not interchangeable)
carb is a little different. (oiler injector is in carb as opposed to the intake tract.)

drive pulley is a little bigger in the sb.

Is that an improvement that the elite pulley is bigger than the spree's?

I don't think the larger SB50 pulley will fit, based on description. You can get quite a bit out of the larger over-the-counter Spree part, with .10" milled from the face and a larger belt (which loses some ratio but helps the clutch work better.)
