Super Dio Setup

Post by MIkex24 »

Hello. I want to advice me on my setup.
1. Ruima bore 54mm a/c
2. Ruima 52.6mm stroker crank
3. 6:1 gears
4. CT black manifold
5. 30mm Koso carb
6. V8 pipe

What is your opinion of my setup? What changes i have to do? Thank you

Which v8 pipe? They make a few. A friend of mine has a v8 typhoon exhaust on his stroker, he never liked it.
Haven't heard much good with the KOSO carbs either, but thats just hearsay. I'd think a 28mm carb would be fine unless you have agressive porting.
In 2040 they say we're going away
We could never let them control

If you're in Europe just go with an all Malossi setup.

I think the choice is easy, get the Malossi lineup or you could even use the Polini Corsa instead of the Malossi cast iron or aluminum cylinder kit.

how fast do you wanna go? where are you riding far? near? how are you riding city driving? open road riding? how is your surrounding? neighbors cool/uncool, small/big city, country open roads?

Stroker is full of maintenance issues.. alot of reliability issues and need to keep alot of spare parts fans, belts, springs, pulleys, spark plugs, cylinders, cranks...

you would need the V8 Hurricane not the typhoon for a stroker

I would go full Malossi as Sanjuro said

I mean you can go stroker if you don't port anything but then you'll just have all torque ..

if your in europe I'd go get a bike with a minarelli type engine. aprilia, malaguti ,puegot you wouldn't have to worry about getting parts

I will only use this engine twice a month only for races... RACES only. I would like to go about 135Km/h as fast as i can.

you will not get 135kph is just talking.

45.3kg will fly and get more top speed.

you can't decide to build an engine by a video mate.. Different tunings.... different bikes, persons... :)
