got my variator torn down today.

stock rollers

i found this in the case while i was cleaning it with carb cleaner. any one know what it is? its got a chunk of it missing.

Got my drive cover painted today

putting in my tuning rollers (6.0 and 6.5 gram to start).

Are those metal rollers? That would be sweet for the elimination of the flat spots in the cheapo plastic ones. Where did you get them?

I dont know if they make a regual set. These are just tuning rollers in 6.0, 6.5, 6.9, and I think 7.0 gram weights. I bought mine from Enviromoto(139qmb.com). I dont know if he still stock's these.

How does a tuning roller differ from a regular roller, other than being all metal?

I decided to get a vanity plate for when I registered it, any suggestions? I wanted WRKDG but its too long for MC plate. I'm going to have WORKDOG for my truck once I get that finished.

Don't run it like that without the plastic covers that go over those metal weights.they are going to eat up your variator and ramp plate.in the stage6 kit there are suppose to be 6 black covers that go over those metal weights.

Im hoping to be done by next week. I did the math and its the same price if not cheaper to go with the bigger piston kit or get the one thats a stock bore size.

got alot done today:
new front tire
new front brake cable
new rear brake cable
new front brakes
brake lever replaced
got some plastics on.

still need:
top end
title
uni filter
and finish trans tuning.
