Im currently working on fixing all the links on teh pics.

got some wiring done
finished the headlight mod

Hi workdog -
For the fuse blowing problem, assuming you are using the factory wires:
The ignition switch is switching Red (+12v battery) to Green (Ground). To switch your battery on/off the connections at the switch should be Red, Black.

mouse is correct(assuming you're using stock wires) you could just run it in line on the (-) side for the kill switch. but start needs to be red+black(again, if stock wires are used)

A hint that I would offer is to disconnect every connector and see if you still pop fuses. Then reconnect the connectors one a time till you see what is bad.

Greetings:

Pay no attention to WiGuy! I like your Aero's "Rat" look. Can you show me the mount for that Wal-Mart sidestand? I was just looking at one last night! Might spring for one myself... $6.95, right?

You can feel free to do it however you want, but taping off...

1. Only takes a minute or two.

2. Greatly improves the final look.

3. Saves time on clean-up.

4. Prevents the "half-a**ed" look.

[And a side note, my dad would KILL me if I got paint on our concrete, as would pretty much all landlords]
