i can back jamz up. My buddy in Pinconning can't even get a ped permit, he flipped his 4x4 lifted suburban while he was drunk and lost his license, but DMV told him under any circumstance if you lose your license you can NOT get a moped permit at all.

By the way, he answered for me. It's sitting outside my house locked up. I guess I made the best offer :rock:
