Backfire goes to the dragstrip for the last time.

Post by Trafficjamz »

Backfire is now too quick for anything besides dragracing.

So the engine is getting removed from Backfire, and placed on the new dedicated drag bike a.k.a Superman.

The superman build can be found here.

Here are the latest dragtimes.

1/8th mile ET= 12.270 sec @ 52.894 mph

Well, I'm glad to see two of my old scoots being put to good use.

I noticed you got the Met II up for sale, thinking about buying a second bike soon. What's the price?

The other time on the slip is Bens best. 14.576 @ 40mph (however, Ben was not the driver for this run.)

If I could get fuzzy to take my bike down the track, I bet backfire would dip in to the 11's
eliteguy50 wrote:Is that the taiwan pipe on backfire or something else?
The ymsV8 pipe is on the dio powered elite E
Backfire has the tiawan race pipe.

1/8 mile times are not simply 1/2 of a quartermile times

Post up a pic of your 12.75 aero. or a time slip or anything that shows that you are not totally full of $hit

Do that, and I will race you for pink slips if you come to Northren Michigan Dragway this weekend. I will even pay your entry fee. :surprise:

Your comments about how fast you are, and how slow everyone else is, with NO PROOF, is really starting to pi$$ me off.

I can't wait to see your nitro burning, turbo charged Areo! :jack:

Don't jump to quick to his arrogance. he didn't say what kind of aero machine he has that runs 12's. knowing his smart * its not even a honda aero because if it is, he is full of BS.

So your Aero runs about 105 to 110 mph in the quarter mile. I doubt that very much. :jack:

Greetings:

Everyone's missing the point: Jamz, that's an awesome speed to run up in 1/8 of a mile on an MBK. (Medium Bore Kit... ) A lot of 78cc and larger builds may not keep up with that. Congratulations on a nice build and having the huevos to show up at a track and prove what it can do.
