I did a search on Sunday on flea-bay and they had intake manifolds, reeds, petcocks and even a slide, but no carbs. I do know that they made this thing in Europe for a number of years but I have no idea of how to find flea-bay Europe.

But honda dealers everywhere called it the nh125 so that may open up additional doors.

But he is not gonna get one from a dealer. We are talking flea-bay here and most use the name and some use both the name and the model number but I haven't seen anyone just use the model number.

There is a dealer in Greece that has a bunch of NOS parts for the nh125. There are also a few dealerships in Europe but you have to grease the hands heavily to get them to ship ($50 for the piston rings and shipping plus another $50 to convince them to ship out of the country).

Why not this one?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-LEAD-125-SC ... 27b3e54c5c

It includes the intake manifold.

If they will ship out of the UK. Some sellers will not budge on shipping, I threw an extra $150 once and they still refused.

I just bought a manual from a guy in the Uk and shipping was like 7 bucks air mail no less.

As long as they are willing to ship to the USA, that is a good deal.
:b2t:
An aftermarket performance carb could also be made to work.
