Can anyone identify what bike this is please.
Is it a SYM???
I've done a google search and can't find it. Found ones close but not it.

I really like the wheels on it and would like to keep them for a Dio.

i think those are the wheels typically used on cheap chinese scooters. might be a chinese bike you got there.
