Thanks for compliments, It does have the normal wear and tear for being an 87 with 3500 miles. It's missing a couple of the plastic screw tabs(broke off) and somebody decided to cut a hole in the plastic right next to the carb.
(maybe they had to constantly adjust the carb settings?) I have found that the scooter runs best with the stock settings for idle and airmixture, however this is without any airfilter atached.... soon as I try any style of filter, it "bogs out" won't rev all the way and has a hard time starting. with out filter it starts first kick. Anyway, I think if I can score the unrestricted honda pipe
stock aero unrestricted muffler with a k&n pod filter and a 90 jet it runs good doesnt bog.
and then hit it with a ramp plate and variator I'll be good to go
