Splitfire Spark Plugs, or other related plugs

Post by Shane4188 »

Somebody was talking a while back about a splitfire spark plug, or maybe it was a bosch. I need to know the part number of that plug so I can get one from my local autoparts store. I need to give them the part number because they can not seem to find the number in any of their books or computers. If I get the number they can probably bring up the number. If anyone has used the splitfire or any other rapid fire plugs, Please let me know about it. Also if anyone has any really good plugs they use please make an input about it. Thanks!

NGK has an iridium plug but I can't find one locally, only online. I checked Splitfire's website and they didn't seem to have a cross reference number for our little machines.

Ok, I'm going to look around a little. Thanks for the reply and spending the time to look around. Also, Are these plugs safe for the spree engine?

Apparantly these things burn carbon right off of the plug when it gets on it, thats pretty cool. I will probably buy that plug and let you guys know what happens with it. I just hope the plug is not out of the proper heat range.

I just ordered the NGK Iridium BPR6IX Plug. I'll let you guys know how it turns out when I try it. I am hoping that it gets me up to 35 mph, I can only go 27 now, and I only weigh 160.

I highly doubt that a simple spark plug will give you 8 mph more. But I don't really know a whole lot about spark plugs.

Ya, I truely doubt it will get 8 mph faster, but even if I can get to a nice solid 30 mph on flat land would be great.

I'm not sure it will help with mph at all, but I could be wrong.

I don't really know either, it it just more of an experimental type thing. Maybe it will give some better starting. Not sure, I'll keep you posted on what it does.
