Id prolly say no. Im having a hard time finding an exhaust for mine as well.

That first one (stock) should fit the earlier Elite. For that price, you might try running down a custom exhaust. What's wrong with the one you have now?

The second one is a Dio model and won't fit without modification.

I'd keep my eye out for a used 85+ Aero or 87-93 Elite model on Ebay. Then you can make your own expansion chamber later.
