Which way to install cylinder gasket and head gasket.

I am putting the head back on my Spree. The base gasket has printing on one side and the head gasket has a groove.

Groove up or down?

Brand printing up or down?

The base gasket doesnt matter.. As long as the port indentations match that of the block you are fine.

The head gasket is supposed to have the groove up. Meaning that the "bump" should be touching the head, not the cylinder.
