Hi all, This may be directed at Bear cuz he has the aero80 know-how but everyone please chime in.
Question : What tire/ wheel combo might fit on an 83 aero 80 motor? Alittle machining is ok with me and it will have a custom exhaust. The bigger the better.

According to the cross reference only the 1983 and 1984 front wheels interchange as do the rear wheel. However I know for a fact that the CH80 Elite wheel fits on the front as do the Aero 125 and Elite 125 and 150 front wheel. The rear gets tricky due to the splines. It is claimed that the Aero 125 and Elite 125 rear wheels interchange but I have not tried it yet and the Aero 125 wheel looks like it will fit the Aero 80 (at least the spline count is right). There were after market wheels made for these things though.

ive actually got a set of wheels i can/will sell. my aero 80 project is way out of my grasp of completion now so it's all gotta go.
