This spree has been sitting for about 10 years. We cleaned the carb and got it to run on the stand. We immediatly noticed a squealing sound from the right side of the motor, behind the fan. It sounds like a bad fan belt on a car. It gets louder as the revs increase. I'm thinking crank bearing right now, but if anyone else has had this issue/noise, please post up.
We're going to tear it down this weekend. Hope to know more by Monday.
