Carb troubles...

What is the valve on the back of the bowl? Is a tube needed to connect somewhere else? Or, is it a drain?

The back or the bottom of the float bowl? The screw on the bottom is the float bowl drain.

thats where the fuel leakes when you drain your bowl.. ha.
