1986 honda Spree do at least 40mph?
Ok, i have looked over the forums, and have not any solid info on what to do to make my spree do 40-45ish. I was hoping for some detailed tech post that simply said, if you do this, your spree will go this fast! simple. OK? tell me 1) what i need 2) where to get it! thanks!

if you get tazland001 44mm bbk and his gears, and do the pulley mod properly tuned you should see 38, if you get his 48 mm,gears his intake and 21mm carb you might see 40-42. unless you want to do the dio swap, then it will get fast.

Yikes! 45 on a Spree? With those dinky little tires and monkey-bike suspension? Totally terrifying! A Spree doesn't have ANY shocks, so be ready to flung on your backside if you hit a bump in a turn. You'd have to change the whole power unit, plus add shocks and tires to make it reasonably road-worthy. It would be cheaper just to buy an entire Elite - and sell the Spree for a pit bike.tiresmoke68 wrote:Ok, i have looked over the forums, and have not any solid info on what to do to make my spree do 40-45ish. Skip the Hawaiian's advise, as it is wrong. We have quite a few that have modified their Sprees to run in the 45 mph range. The Hawaiian must have lots of money from an unknown source for his expenses but do what the others suggest for your Spree.JJ Joseph wrote:Yikes! 45 on a Spree?
