its done, the day i finished it i bought a elite 80, i guess im back into these things again. and fwiw the aero was trashed and wreck in a non running state when i got it. here she is.

Looks good, infact that is almost the same color I was thinking about for my aeros refinish... are those ruckus turn signals?

What mods did you do to the Aero? What kind of performance are you getting? Any tips on parts?

Before the blow up I was running a ported stock cylinder with a malossi wild lion pipe, 10:1 gears, 2000 rpm torsion spring, keli variator with SEF ramp plate and 90/90 tires. Would hit 50mph pretty solidly with a ton of get up and go off the line. With the new setup... Who knows. Gonna need some stealer gears before I can really test it.
