Hello Donut
Funny you should ask that ...
I do it on my mac in photoshop then print it out on photo paper
then take it down to officemax and have it laminated for $1.50
then poke some holes where the plate should go ...Slap it on ...done ...easy .
Opps I lied also on my Army bike I took an old plate flattened it out as much as I could w/a hammer painted it army green then made some stencils
and painted it on , Also on a 666 Gyro I took an old car plate and just cut out the 666.
In Nevada no plates/ no registration / no insurance required for scooters under 50cc

Hey Donut
Remember if you use good photo paper it will look a lot better .
But I usually do a few on reg. paper to check size and color .
A sign shop wanted $100.00 for a decal I used my printer then covered it w/ clear vinyl film .Looks Fine .

Hello Gyromaniac
I saw your carb cover Good for you at least your trying .
So many people never try to make their own parts ,yours might not be factory
but again at least you tried and have something ,it also looks like you put a lot of work into it .
I have some carb covers so I had something to go by and take measurements.
Also I noticed your diamond plate on the floor cover again your trying ,It's better than cracked plastic .
A lot of mine are cracked but I try to fix them with J&B weld if the fins are still there .
I give you a lot of credit for your creativity and being resourceful.
