What is the handle bar set up from? I want to do this. Is it all bolt on?

Sorry not bolt on.... the handle bar mount was actually an aftermarket piece for a Aerox that I machined to fit and the bars are aluminum racing bicycle bars and I had to machine the mounts to fit the larger center section of these bars. Not all that hard if you have a mill but not bolt on!
