hi,
im tuning my 48bbk and 21mm pwk carb nq50. running a 102 jet it totally bogs and dies on WOT out of the hole. i changed to a 100 and that made it better, did a plug chop and still a bit oily. went down to a 98 did a plug chop and it is a brown colour, i know this is "close" but im not an expert. the thing is that im still getting a bit of bogging on WoT out of the hole. any ideas? next size i have is a 95, should i try that? im just a bit scared of doing a WoT run incase it's too lean. not keen on seizing my engine.
thank you,
Tim
EDIT: just so i dont get redirected to the plug chop diagram, i did refrence my plug to this chart, i just dont have the hands on experience to make a 100% call on it. ill take a photo and post it
EDIT#2: just giving more info on the situation, max speed WoT is 60klm/h but if you roll the throttle back to say 1/3 it begins to accelerate and will get up to 70klm/h. if you open the throttle back up to WoT when doing 70klm/h it will slow back down to 60klm/h.

Re: spree jetting
you can see there is a light section and a dark section, the dark section didnt clean up when i first cleaned the plug, the light section however came up nice and whit when i cleaned the plug, so that is the section of the plug i am going off

Ignore him. He claims to have the unbelievably fast Aero that has never been beaten. However no one on the forum and probably on the earth has ever raced him, much less seen the scooter.the-hough wrote:....?maddog wrote:fake aussie,

2 weirdos on 1 thread.
Ratrod is right try to play with the needle a little. If that does not take the sponge out of the top end put the 95 in and ride to see how it feels. Do the usual plug chop. What mix ratio are you using. You could be lean on oil also. Are you running the oil injector and mixing or just mixing?
