Stage 3 upgrade kit for the NQ50

Whats up people my buddy has a bone stock spree (85) and wants to upgrade there is a stage 3 kit on ebay for like 145 shipped that includes the bbk, all the gaskets, intake mani, new upgraded carb, throttle cable, upgraded final drive, and somemother goodies i think...... What do you guys think about this kit..... Is it legit? Or is it trash .... He wants to do a motor swap but i thought it would be easier to just hook up the nq50 ...... What do you think???

for 125 it sounds like a deal

But I think that kit is more like $350

For $350 you could do an engine swap and have better results

Haha my bad thats typo it is 350 ..... What kind of swap fits the best wiht the least modifaction we are ballin on a buget and needs to find if we need to save what are the motors that fit and have the most aftermarket parts..... Elite, dio, metropoliton, spirt

1994-2001 elite engine (af16e) fit with minimal mods.

If you can chop metal and weld you are all set.

you gotta search high and low but they are out there in junk pile or out in the woods hahah i got the one on my Eve at the salvage yard. I found an almost bare block with trans and rear rim from the junkyard guy swimmingfree found and I have another block with most of the basic parts like drive train coming from a guy in indiana dont know what i am going to do with the third one yet but I got a sweet deal found an entire 94 sa50p at an atv salvage/4 wheeler shop last week, all the plastics and stuff where laying on the ground beside it in almost perfect shape wwwaaayyy out in the country but they wouldnt sell it to me told me to call back in a few weeks I hope i can snag that thing up it was nice.

i found my af18e through ebay in canada. guy said in a post he was parting out the whole moped so i sent him a message and made an offer on just the motor.
