how hoften should i change the spark plug like every ..... miles

I think the mannuel said every 1,000 miles but I(this may just be me) would change mine every year. It really just depends on how bad it looks I assume.

i got the ped with 1000 miles on it and i put 600 on it. so im at 1600 miles on the stock plug. would the plug be the reason y it doesent go faster than 15 20 mph when its cold? once warmed up it runs normal

yes but when i got it i was able to just start it and instantly go as fast as it could go. now it has to warm up y

well what is the outside temp do ride in? if its colder out its going to take more time to warm up then when its hot outside. try a different S. plug, see what happans. If a new plug doesn't work let it sit and warm up for 3+ minutes that always had mine running good. I'm sure if you get a new plug it'll work better.

the aero take forever to start when its cold. now i dont have any way to start it but with a air dril. the starter fryed adn i still have no kickstart... could use some help please!

I just bought a new spark plug for my 84 spree... it had a "ring" (looked like a washer") at the top of the part you screw in...

Does that need to be removed? Or Do I keep it on?

its a seal because the head does not have taper which seals it.
