Yes. Better speed and acceleration. How much are you looking to gain.
Wait- are you talking about a new build with ministroker or using the contesss with a ministroke?

ank combos with bores and pipes.
Better to go with a proper bore then. More pressure. There are more knowledgeable guys that will chime in later with brands and the optimal no clearance cutting crank-bore combos.

sym stock crank is fine. you can still smoke mini strokes if you tune it right. mini stroke you are going to have to add base gaskets. the polini bores were designed for stock crank i think they are best with them. or if you have the $$$ mhr full circle stock stroke. btw what gear ratio are you running? and pipe?

In hi=performance "There is no replacement for displacement!" This especially applies to small scooter motors.

The polini bore is made with the stock crank in mind.
I am not sure if the extra displacement would be off set by the incorrect port timing of the Ministroke
eg: It may not rev as high with the longer crank.

have you tried the scorp. pipe? and is this motor on a sym? they are heavy i think about 180 pounds.
i wish i kept that ported 72 corsa motor would been fun on my elite e. about 70 pounds lighter then the sym thats why i got it.
