Greetings:

Your issue seems very simple to me. Forget about mucking around with the clutch. Don't bother adjusting the carb. Your compression is Eighty-Nine pounds per square inch, according to your post awhile back. 89 PSI won't give much power, no matter how you "tune" it. Fix the top end and then tune and goof with the clutch if you must. One thread per customer please.

Maybe, but have you already forgotten that the SB clutch spins "backwards"? This will prevent firm final engagement and it'll slip with every spin of the shaft. Read some of the posts above.
You could probably adapt the six-speed transmission from a V65 Sabre somehow, too, but it wouldn't help because of this:
I mean it literally won't carry me over a speed but it just revs super low and almost dies
What you describe, if accurate, is a low-power issue, not a power transmission issue. Forgive me if I've misapprehended, but "almost dies" sounds like the engine still isn't producing the juice to get you going. No clutch will help that.

When you installed your new top-end kit - and I don't wish to offend here - was the work done correctly? What was your compression ratio AFTER the repair? You never said, and I suspect you never checked. Describe the behavior in greater detail if I have not understood correctly.

A small motorcycle dealer did it. And my problem is the clutch is always engaged even at a super low idle, it tries to take off. I just realized that the little rubber stub on the clutch pads are so worn that they are not stopping the pads at a certain distance. The compression now is a solid 113 pounds.

Greetings:

Ah, I get it now. The easiest and possibly best solution is to post a WTB ad for a good used Spree or SB clutch.
