The dark plastic spacer between the carb and the intake manifold. The opposite side of the carb from the air box. You need to check that it is oring to the manifold and flat plastic to the oring in the carb. Also check that it is flush on the outside. If it is a couple mm off, you need to flip it so the intake is aligned.

If not, do so and squirt in the mix before it dies. Then I would also check the bystarter.

When you are choking it and using ether it can. Could just be the wires have a bad connection or grjt on the plunger.

Check it by removing it. Then puting it to a 12v DC source and measure the change.

Depends on how the bystarter was bad. The default position for the bystarter is enrichment on, engine cold. But bystarters have been known to fail in the extended or engine warm position, fuel off.

Let's back up a second... Is your carb back in place? If so, is the fuel bowl filling up now? If not, herein lies the primary issue. Until your carb is filling up with gas, I don't think you should assume the bystarter (or anything else) might be your problem.

You mentioned early on in your posts that the petcock delivered fuel when you sucked on the vacuum hose. Is this still true? Verify it, connect your fuel line to the carburetor, and suck on the vacuum line with the drain screw open on your carburetor. If you can't get fuel to flow out of the carb bowl when you're sucking on the vacuum line, your needle valve/float has to be stuck shut - or there is something blocking fuel from getting into the valve altogether.

To check for fuel in the float bowl and float level, install a clear line on the bowl drain. Now route it up along side the carb. Open the bowl drain and the line will fill to the level of the fuel in the float bowl.

There is no gas getting to the float bowl. When i open the valve nothing comes out but a few drops from my understanding when suction is applied to the air hose coming from the petcock gas should go into the carb then into the bowl. But this is not happening. Is the one solutiong to this problem? Do i Need to buy a new part for the carb? just let me know guys i appreciate all the help!
