i keep strippng the mushroom gear on my 120cc stroker

I have a 2010 Sym with a 120cc stroker motor, that i just bought . I keep stripping the mushroom gear that is used to kick start the bike. How can i fix this problem cause i have had to buy two mushroom gears in two days

really?????????? but you have a full stroker and you know what a mushroom gear is

yes cause when i bought the bike the kid said it kept strippng the mushroom gear and i have already had to buy and replace two. I only know a little about mopeds thats why im asking for some help. I bought the bike with a 33 carb and alot of other stuff too.

thats piece the mushroom gear contacts to start the motor. post a pic on where on the gears of the mushroom gear its stripping. my guess its the end of the gears thats chipping off but need to confirm. I suggest you look in the manual section and look through it to get to know what parts are what. you having a full stroker motor, you will be fixing parts soon.

u can buy a stroker electric stater, works good with my 120cc motor
