This is what i found (this is in comparison to SE50 pump, not sure about overall similarities to AF16) :
left is SE50 - right is NH80
the pump shaft is longer
it seems that the pump shaft is pinned in, you can see the possible pin on the base of the 80 pump (no time tonight to see if this is right)
mounting holes don't match up, but i believe this shouldn't be to big an issue, its close enough that i think i can make it work.
here is a comparison pic for reference

So, has any one taken apart a NH80 oil pump to remove the shaft?
Any one have any idea if the pump would put out to much oil at full tilt for a 65cc engine? Im not sure of the ouput of this pump, but i would imagine it would with the control wired open.
Or would it be better to cable tie the pump half open to accommodate for more oil, but not to much?
As long as the bases of the pump shaft are both threaded for their drive mechanism for the pump and they are the same thread pitch, i think this should be easier than i thought. they both look to be the same thickness, and the crank gears mesh with the SE50 crank as is.
