Hey 94, that would mean that one would have actually owned and used each of these at one time or another and then would have an opinion to give. I'm also anxious to hear from such a source. There should be at least two or three who would give an opinion that I would respect. I as such cannot and will wait patiently. Thanks for your interest, and the post.

They both compete in the same class but I have to give the mhr to more power. That's due to it being aluminum. The cooler the bore will stay, the longer it can make power. Heat robs power. But if you seize a mhr, you can pretty much kiss it good by. Seizes that leave marks on the cylinder wall on nikasil is useless after. But its a little harder to seize aluminum cylinders since they cool off faster. The corsa on the other hand you can rebore if it seizes. You can rebore about 7different sizes before the wall is to thin.plus if you want to port the bore,its easier to port cast iron than nikasil. I think most guys like the polini due to that you don't have to really open the boost port on the block to match and easier to get there in hawaii.
