Is it ok to cut the section at the bottom of the jug that can be seen through the intake widows in the block ?

I will try to take a picture of what I am talking about.

yeah you can. look at your stroker bore as an example.

Yeah the 125 jug has no side skirts at all.

the polini jug has very high skirts.

if your going to leave the intake port on the block that size, at least round the top and smooth out the side more so it doesnt cause to much turbulance.

Looks good traffic. What size carb and jets you planning on running? Does a block with a matched boost and ported intake port require bigger jets because there is more flow or smaller jets because it runs more efficient????!!

I got it opened up a little more.

I will go back over it tomorrow with some cartridge rolls.

On my Malossi bbk for the af05 the exhaust port isnt quite circular, think I should bore it out? Im thinking I should wait till I get a bigger carb first, this stock one might be the pin in my grenade.
