Depends on how much moisture is in the air and air temp will determine the width and length of the vapor trail.

If you mean Trailtech Vapor, the Yamaha Blaster model has the right CHT sensor ring. It requires an extension for the CHT too for a scooter install.

Give the Trailtech folks a call, and see if there is a kit including the extension.

Speed has nothing to do with it. It is about humidity and temperature. H*ll the old bombers in WWII left them all the time.
