Please.explain.

The keli is a good bolt on with improved midrange and a little better top speed. The ruckus vari has a bigger boost in top speed but I didn't notice the midrange increase of the keli. The ruckus vari also requires grinding the case for clearance. Both use the stock roller dimensions.

I never saw substantial gains from the oem ruck vari to the polini for ruck vari when on a stock af16. Not worth the extra money imo. It might be worth it for the op though, I don't know how much an all new oem vari costs but a new polini for ruck can be picked up for $100.

Go lighter. The Polini will come with 6 or 6.5 IIRC.

Well guys I just got my keli vari from daywot. It came with the backing plate that i originally took off my stock vari. Question is should i run it with the plate on or remove it and just use the smaller roller plate from the stock?

Thanks

I had a keli on my first elite.. While riding over 60mph,the ramp plate snapped in half some how.. Took some decent chunks out the inside of the case.. Scary experience ..good thing i had the clutch cover off.. The pieces flew out the back

The Keli variator I got from Daywot gave me a GPS recorded 3.1 mph boost in top speed. I went from 39.4 tops to 42.5. The trade off was a slight decrease in acceleration from a full stop. There is now about 1 second of hesitation before the bike is at full acceleration.

the size of the roller often depends on your exhaust too, even though i have a bbk I still run the stock 9g rollers I have tried heavier and lighter with little to no improvement because of the stock pipe
