Jetting questions

Running a 28mm keihin carb jets are at 50/138
Its How I got the bike
I'm 180 lbs the bike hit 60.4mph on flat
I feel it's running Rich an has nothing at 3/4-WOT
Going to order a new CHT with tach etc..
Drop the jets? Change clip position?
Bike was tunes for someone in Hawaii.. Now bike is in las Vegas ...

Also going to check gears, weights and what type of tires should be running.

I'd drop the pilot a little, seems rather large.

Pilot jet is to small for a 28. Needs to be either 55 or 58. The main is to big if its a 28mm yms that looks like a stock jdm dio pipe or a v8 sectional. Try the 135 or 132. Needle clip 1 up from middle and air fuel screw 2 turns out. Start there

Ty for your responses, from what information I gathered here that what it sounded like also wanted to confirm. I will be ordering a CHT gauge today from trail tech, will order vapor later need to order jets and tires too so there went my vapor money. Lol but a good enough tool to switch and tune out later.. Ty again...
