Poor Acceleration

My scooter was doing the same thing... The exhaust and carb were clean and after it warmed up it wasn't as bad, but it still had problems. I cleaned and reoiled my air filter and taped two holes someone drilled into my lid.

My scooter is now able to climb hills and doesn't die on WOT any more. Makes my short commute to school so much nicer!

i had same issue, anything to do with speed is the belt and muffler.

Look in tech docs. Either torch it or chem clean it.
