would 87' honda elite 50cc parts fit a 98' honda elite 80cc?

Would any 87' elite 50 parts fit the 98' elite 80? Anyone have a general idea of which ones? thanks.

There are no interchangable parts between the two, except for nuts and bolts....maybe the horn....Checking part numbers is the best way to compare.

Well first off the 50cc is a two stroke while the 80cc is a 4 stroke. So the engine and trans will NOT. Then the 80cc is bigger all around so none of the frame and body parts are going to swap. The instrument package is totally different as are the brakes, wheels and tires. So pretty much the answer is NO!

The spark plug and brake bulb may also interchange.
