My Elite reached indicated speeds of over 50 (but just =48.7 on GPS) with only the following:
Aftermarket variator
Bigger 90/90 Pirelli tire (optional)
Ruima 9:1 gears
Suggest an 82 or an 85 main jet
So the bone-stock engine has the power to chase 50MPH true speed. Where you go from there depends on what you need. Faster generally means less reliable and/or durable, however this setup should be a minimal compromise to both.

so I just put one of these in my spree and gained about 10 mph so far. are you saying that this is not a Dio motor? did i put in the wrong one? Im confused lol.
