I filmed the entire True Grits ride this year via a GoPro camera on the top of my helmet riding my black Honda '82 MB5. I plan to edit it down a bit and post it on Youtube soon.

Totally undecided regarding plans for the NS50F that I bought today. Plenty of disappointments making this bike a challenge for collector bike status. Good news is that it runs and shifts into 5 gears as best as I could tell in the parking lot. A local friend who has lived in this area 14 years, and also has monitored Craigslist for MB5/NS50 during that time reports that this bike is only the second he has seen. Will post pix asap...Sat. is race-day

After posting this pic, I saw the slight bend in the fork tube...did not catch that when inspecting bike, I'm slipping...

That's great dude! Looks very clean for its age; I really like that alot! Yes, it's a long process restoring, but also a fun process... You will love riding your NS; it's amazing how smooth they are, even at really high RPM. -Looking forward to having an NS buddy!

I should have known you would snag that it being near or in Nashville, I am so jealous. I was seriously debating getting that since the price was fairly reasonable. Great score

The idea of keeping this NS on the street is very appealing. The moped gang locally known as The Dead Peds are all friends of mine. They are cool with me riding the Aero with them, but I know that riding the NS with them will be WAY cooler. I'm just not very critical of the bikes condition for a street thrasher. No real wish to race it, either. This MIGHT be the funnest bike ever.....

Closer inspection starts finding a bunch of little things that are wrong, esthetically.

I have been following the build for a while now. The bike looks great! I have a project bike that is pretty rough but it has the lower fairing and the factory optional tach. I was looking for parts and found this one for sale in Saskatchewan, in case anyone was interested. http://saskatchewan.kijiji.ca/c-cars-ve ... Z365269587 It's not mine, although I would love it to be. It seems a bit pricey but it is clean.
