Greetings:

90 is in the ballpark for that setup. Does it seem to run well or not? If you posted this Q, it implies you're not completely satisfiied.

Remember that the stock carb exacts some compromise due to the non-modifiable (or is it?) Pilot circuit. How does it perform at WOT?
(There is the option of drilling your Pilot and/or emulsiom tube...)

To confirm, check the spark plug color after a minute Wide open. Better would be a CHT reading of a steady 375 with no spike with throttle closed.

Seems to run well, I haven't driven it at WOT yet I'm still trying to break it in. Need to get some plugs to do chops with. I was just paranoid about running it lean. My friend upjetted his Tomos 8 sizes when adding his exhaust so it made me think going to to a 90 from an 88 with a bore kit could be too lean.

I don't have a CHT gauge which unit would you recommend? I'm looking for a budget piece.

Definately trail tech TTO is the best bang for the buck and will save you many hours of grief in the long run. I dont even want to ride mine now without a temp gauge lol a tachometer doesnt hurt either but not as important until you get down to fine tuning the trans etc
