Leo Vince restrictor question

My Leo Vince for my 86 aero 50 just came in and I noticed it has a restrictor in the pipe. Should I keep this in for a stock bore? Remove it if I go BBK?

Did you get the Leo vince sp3? If so I used it with the restrictor and then after about 2 weeks took it out and noticed significant power increase. I also talked to wheelman and he said he never used one with a restrictor.

Got one for my BBK and didn't know there was a restrictor in it and got really * when I could barely get the scooter over 5mph. I decided to put the stock exhaust back on and noticed the restrictor in it and popped it out. Threw it back on and nearly flipped my scooter when I floored it on takeoff.
