Pricing for a Junk Scoot.

Post by Supermario1256 »

A friend of mine has a junk scoot that has a blown motor. Im not sure the make and model, but just an idea of what to offer him. Personally, im thinking about offering $50 bucks for it. Considering it has no motor. What do y'all think? I dont want to rip him off. As soon as I get pics of it ill put them on here, Just trying to get an idea of what to give him

With a title? if not $50 is to much. Maybe $25 with no title.

No motor at all or just a motor that wont run? big difference. if it has a motor that needs fixed 50 bucks is resonable if you just want something to tinker with

The engines are not as bad as the wiring.

A new Tap Tap is only $600. That comes with the MSO so it can be titled.

For real eliteguy50. My buddy just moved back here from FL and he bought a Gator 250 imported and assembled by Jonway JMStar while he was in FL for 2500 way too much IMO. From day one brand new the battery hasnt charged by itself he has to hook it to a trickle charge. Well I took a look at it without the panels off just trying to locate the regulator and I notice a naked spliced wire connected to the regulator and the 2 wires spliced together arent even the same color O.o So I gotta take the panels off sometime soon and figure out the wiring someone jacked up
