Avatar upload should work now

Avatar uploading should work now. Limit is 80x80 or 10K. I changed mine to the one Jim's going to be using.... I'll change it back later.

you can use it if you like it I will be using the "Spree Superscoot" symbol i made

I'm going to try to put it into the public file... if anyone else wants to use it b/f then copy it onto your harddrive and re-upload it.
