90 jet may be a tad rich...... especially with a tiny stock pipe.
Sorry, tiny fab job pipe.
Get an unrestricted pipe or get a LV pipe FTW.

Re: No Difference in peformance?????????????
Greetings:
I really liked mine on a 65cc Polini and later Malossi. Its peak power seems to come on at 8500 without running out of breath until about 9K. Just a bit louder than stock, too. The only mounting issue was a light kiss to the (U.S. Aero) R Rear panel at full suspension bump, not enough to grind on, but a bit annoying bumping over curb ramps.

That's how I run it. You have to rejet. I drilled out the fixed pilot jet a little to be on the safe side. Remember that premixed oil displaces fuel when jetting and changine oil ratios.WeeMan wrote:Thats that then £80 spent on pay day lol. Just one last question. Re: No Difference in peformance?????????????
Thanks for all the info. Another question, seen as the exhaust I have is so restrictive and is not allowing the engine to rev as high as it could / should do would it be the case that even at wot it will still break in the new bbk without damage? Only been goin 20mph at the moment until I am sure it is broken in nicely but on the UK roads having to go 20mph is a sure way to end up in the hospital with our crazy drivers so if I could do 30mph with out the chance of damage this would be good. Leo Vince pipe on its way which i hope will make a difference.
After I modified my car to the max I swore to myself I would not change the next vehicle. Got this scooter of a friend for just £50 and thought bargain. Now I just cant stop adding bits and making it better. I will always be poor but have nice cars and bikes lol....

Re: No Difference in peformance?????????????
some LV pipes have a built in restriction.....might just be USA pipes.
Make sure to remove it, if yours has one in place.
