87 yamaha riva 125 help please!!

Im trying to get my yamaha riva running i cleaned the carb really good and changed fluids new spark plug blew out the carb with compressed air. It starts awesome right away and idles great. As soon as i start to give it gas, it bogs and dies, does anyone know what my problem is here????

First impression in this scenario, scooter is not allowing enough fuel to enter cylinder when throttle is opened.
Confirm that fuel has filled the carb-bowl and is flowing with adequate volume.
Possibly an air leak creating lean mixture.
Possibly carb not as clean as it needs to be.
Possibly air filter clogged causing too rich mixture.
Possibilities are numerous.
