Honda spree clutch longevity

Hello I was wondering how often (miles wise) you should half to change the clutch? Thanks.

I can't seem to find it....

Is says how to check the oil but no where does it state how to drain and refill the oil.

There is an index and if it is not there it will be in Section 2 Lubrication.
