varriator upgrade question

i recently instaled polini pulley but could not use the round pulley boss do to its length it is longer than the stock one and believe im not getting the advantages of the upgrade so im using stock one right now and going threw alot transmission tuning with other upgrades would like to be able to use polini boss pulley has anyone had this problem or have any resolutions thans

you need to use your stock pulley boss with this set up..

when posting you shood put up the make of the motor and the year of the scooter.. i woodlike to know what your top speed is before and after...

i aplogize cb i guess that would help lol ita 2000 elite sa 50 with af 16 engine and thanks so i can eliminate that issue. i also installed 9 to 1 gears new polini 2 shoe clutch and 26mm exhaust my top end has increased but low end is horable but midrange has gotten better with heavier roller weights waiting for main jets and more rollers weights and gonna go back to stock clutch with better springs and see were im at trial and error and also having bog issues sense i knocked out extra hole in air box im a littele scared to mess with carb waiting for jet upgrades thinking an 85 from what ive gottin from people on the fourm thanks any info is appreciated need to get this scooter right i need it for every day use

what are the rollers you are using ???? the ligher the rollers the better your tack off will be .. in my se50 87 elite im using 6 grams with a 1500 spring in the cluch and i can do 40 ...
