I just tried to run that set up, it wont want to rev for anything. I would try it yourself if you dont believe me. I have the stock carb, reed, air box and 50mm kit. It idles but its slow to rev and wont rev very high. My exhaust isnt restricted as far as I can tell, its all on a 94 elite sr completely stock except for a 90 jet and a 50mm bore. I can video it running poorly but its just sad, swapped back the stock cylinder and main jet and it runs like a champ again.
I would not recommend this based on what I just saw, Im also basing this off of what the 50mm kit feels like with a 24mm OKO and V8 pipe. Its day and night difference if so, Ive ran both now and I can say I dont feel safe running it with a 90 jet on stock everything.

I ran with an 82cc with stock carb no airbox. What I had to do was use a length of hose around 6 in from the carb to the uni air filter. I ran with roughly a 100 main jet.
To check for exhaust restriction take exhaust off and look into the entrance of the exhaust where it bolts to the motor. I bet there is a washer welded in there. drill that washer out. I then cut the muffler in to 3 pieces and took out all of the guts and welded it back together. This worked for me for 4000 miles.
As for top speed, if you modify your drive face boss it may help a little but you will not do better than 40ish unless you get different gears.
