bbk and pipe need some carb help!!

If your running a 19mm.. Try a 85-90 main jet with an pod style filter.. Or at least the stock airbox

I've tried more head gaskets and running without one the noise is exactly the same, and I have NO room for any type of filter. The carb is a 17mm I believe or atleast thats what its said to be by everyone online. I put my timing light to it today and noticed that my timing doesnt move much maybe a 1-2mm difference in higher rpms than at idle and that could just be my timing light not able to keep up with the rpms, I also lose spark up top as well I'm pretty sure the cdi is just running on its last leg and can't keep up with it and won't retard the timing enough.

Took the cyl off today after noticing my ports never opened up all the way, added 2 home made base gaskets (probably the equivalent to 3) to be able to JUST clear the ports at BDC not even 1mm below im RIGHT at the edge of the port with the crown. I used the stock head since its not machined out for the piston and I have 3mm of clearance on the cyl alone for squish ): helped a little bit but still running out of fuel up top even though its so rich at low rpms that I have to baby it up to about 15 before I can WOT with my pin at lowest setting. It has NO power at all since my compression is at 100 psi cranking wet. It seems to run SMOOTH as glass at idle with the low compression though and makes almost no noise (would be nice if it still made power lol) looks like I gotta hit the machine shop for the cyl to get some material taken off, then grab a new carb possibly cf reeds install my new cdi (need a wiring diagram which I can't find ANYWHERE!!) and get a new plug ad start tuning again. If that doesn't work I'm gonna sell off the engine and snag a 150 gy6 which I have the perfect turbo for sitting in my garage off my 110cc go kart. If anyone can find me a wiring diagram or just tell me what the wire colors go to thatd be AMAZING thanks (:

orange (coil +?)

I put ? because I hooked it up the way I put on here and it didn't work, Its been sitting around for a while but its still BRAND NEW never installed before...
