I would just get the darn Ruckus! I dont see the lack of mods as a major problem with them, if they will do 40 right out of the box. You can mod a Spree till the cows come home but you will be lucky to see 40.

An Elite or a regular Spree? Im not sure I'd want to do 60 on a Spree :shock:

yup, spree's do 60 mph + with a dio swap and a 72cc bore.
Take sulfricacids bike, spree ,dio swap ,72 cc ported ,stock crank
He paces me when I'm tuning my bike 65 mph plus.
It's the stopping that aint that great on the spree,or any bike with front drums, that's why disc brakes is a must on any bike going faster than 50 mph.
