Anyone running steering dampers on their scoots?

Does your Spree/Elite already run great, and you're trying to make it quicker/faster? Need a monster motor swap? Discuss your ideas here.

Anyone running steering dampers on their scoots?

Post by noiseguy »

This is a question for those who are building (or have built) high-speed scoots (40+ MPH).

Is anyone running steering dampers on these? With the little tires and steep headtubes this would seem like a good idea to avoid speed wobbles.

why, maybe on s apree with a stroker or something with a short wheelbase, but on elites and stuff they are pretty stable at high speed.
if really worried you should balance your tires
