1983 AERO 50 upgrade?
Hello there I'm new to the forum so I hope I'm posting this in the right place but I just bought a 1983 AERO 50 my first question is what can I do to get more mph? It currently goes 30mph. And where do I go to look for parts to upgrade? I can't seem to find any parts for my specific year and engine! Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
Re: 1983 AERO 50 upgrade?
there are zero bolt in parts. to improve the engine you can port the intake and exhaust, you can also have a machine shop mill the conecting piece in your variator to fit a better one like a honda ruckus variator.
you can always put in a different engine. let me know if you want more specific help.

84 Aero af05e Ruckus variator, rear metro wheel, Leovince pipe ( work in process... porting , nh80 reeds intake carb)

What engine would be optimal for swapping and also be upgradable? NO bolt on parts is NO BUENO!!!

Would these engines bolt right on or would I need to do some fab work???
Also where would be a good place to find one?
