found this thought someone would have an opinion,
Honda Lead 50
Tuning Package
Through many years of experience with this scooter and a large collection of parts I put together this tuning also .Paket.
'm All these parts myself down and have done with this kit the best experience.
It consists of:
Malossi 70cc sport cylinders
Polini gear primary translation 16x32
Honda Lead 80cc Carburetor with 90 main jet
Vario Mati Sheaves 18x14mm 7.0g
harder clutch springs - Malossi
stiffer torque spring - Malossi
Malossi / Paioli Sport Rear Shock
modified airbox for sport strut
and 2 new spark plugs BPR7HS
Carbon Reeds Malossi
for satisfactory performance, you should have installed a Sito Plus exhaust, is a replica of the original, we can do better. ( a new af05e exhaust!?!)
What makes this tuning package?:
Clearly, much more power - very strong acceleration, and top speed about 80
The great advantage of this tuning is the stealth, the lead is the original air filter box not much louder. One can easily drive in city traffic without attracting attention.
All parts are run in a very good condition and little - ca.1000km
The stronger and adjustable rear shock absorber is absolutely necessary, as the originals should be as familiar to many, just too soft, with the Paioli damper feels with the original power much safer and even at 70-80km / h, you need not be afraid have.
The carburetor is from 80cc lead and was completely re-sealed
The original cylinder head can be used without problem.

what kind of shock is that? I'm looking for one like that since its offset for tire clearance.

1) Not as a bolt on. Take a close look at the exhaust flange on the cyl. It differs from AF05 and AF16.( a new af05e exhaust!?!)
2) Double check the cyl would work with a US AF05 block. The OEM Lead transfers are much larger than AF05, more like an AF16...

so the lead 50 does not equal the aero 50?2) Double check the cyl would work with a US AF05 block. The OEM Lead transfers are much larger than AF05, more like an AF16...

Re: how much is this worth? (Malossi, Polin)
Power train has differences beyond the exhaust flange. The Lead 50 engine appears to have design similarity to a Lead 80, maybe scaled down? Stator is a separate coil design, Starter has the bendix as a bolt on sub-assembly like the Lead 80. There's probably more differences, be cautious.so the lead 50 does not equal the aero 50?
